Papi's Tex-Mex Grill in Argyle, TX closed several years ago after a brief run in Justin, west of here. Today, a Fuzzy's Taco is here, and is very, very popular.

This is the second restaurant to occupy the old site of the old Evelyn's Cafe, and given how long it's been here, it looks like it's going to stay for awhile. It's rare that you'll see the place empty, but it's also rare to see it jam-packed full of people. Fare ranges from the regular Mexican/Tex-Mex fare to more specialized dishes like caldo and menudo (both only on Sundays). They also serve breakfast, as well as burgers and chicken sandwiches for those who prefer something simple. They do have a small bar, and they serve both beer and wine (nothing fancy).
