Dufferin Station is one of the stations west of Yonge Street on the east-west running Bloor-Danforth line. It is on the northwest corner of Dufferin Street and Bloor Street West. You enter at ground level and then go down to the station and down another level to the subway trains.

"Bloor-Danforth
The 2 Bloor-Danforth Subway has 31 stations, and is a subway route running generally in an east-west direction along Bloor Street West, Bloor Street East and Danforth Avenue. The route operates from the western area of Dundas Street West and Kipling Avenue, east to the area of Bloor Street and Yonge Street in downtown Toronto, and continues east to the area of Eglinton Avenue East and Kennedy Road. The Bloor-Danforth Subway connects with the Yonge-University-Spadina Subway at Bloor-Yonge, St. George and Spadina Stations, and it connects with the Scarborough RT at Kennedy Station."

"The 29 Dufferin bus route operates between Wilson Station on the Yonge-University-Spadina Subway and Exhibition Place, generally in a north-south direction. It also serves the Dufferin Station on the Bloor-Danforth Subway. Accessible service is provided on the route. Bike racks are available on this route.

Four services are operated. The 29 (Wilson Stn-Exhibition/Dufferin Gate) is the main branch, and operates during the midday and early evening from Monday to Friday, and during the daytime on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays during the NON-SUMMER months. The 29A (Tycos Dr-Exhibition/Dufferin Gate) short-turn branch operates during the peak periods, from Monday to Friday only. The 29B (Wilson Stn-Exhibition/Ontario Place) SUMMER-ONLY extended branch operates at all times after approximately 9:00 am, seven days a week. The 29D (Wilson Stn-Exhibition/Princes’ Gate) extended branch operates at all times, seven days a week.

Southbound 29 TO EXHIBITION (DUFFERIN GATE)
These buses operate from Wilson Station via west on Wilson Avenue, south on Dufferin Street to Dufferin Gate Loop.

Northbound 29 TO WILSON STN
These buses operate from Dufferin Gate Loop via north on Dufferin Street to Wilson Station.

Southbound 29A TO EXHIBITION (DUFFERIN GATE)
These buses operate from Lansdowne Avenue and Tycos Drive via east on Tycos Drive, south on Dufferin Street to Dufferin Gate Loop.

Northbound 29A TO TYCOS DR
These buses operate from Dufferin Gate Loop via north on Dufferin Street, west on Wingold Avenue, and north on Lansdowne Avenue to Tycos Drive.

Southbound SUMMER-ONLY 29B TO EXHIBITION AND ONTARIO PLACE
These buses operate from Wilson Station via west on Wilson Avenue, south on Dufferin Street, east on Saskatchewan Road, east on Princes’ Boulevard, south on Ontario Drive, east on Princes’ Boulevard, north and west on Nunavut Road, and north on Nova Scotia Avenue to Manitoba Drive.

Northbound SUMMER-ONLY 29B TO WILSON STN
These buses operate from Nova Scotia Avenue and Manitoba Drive via west on Manitoba Drive, west on Saskatchewan Road, north on Dufferin Street, west on Springhurst Avenue, south on Fort Rouille Street, east through Dufferin Gate Loop, north on Dufferin Street, and east on Wilson Avenue to Wilson Station.

Southbound 29D TO EXHIBITION (PRINCES’ GATES)
These buses operate from Wilson Station via west on Wilson Avenue, south on Dufferin Street, east on Saskatchewan Road, east on Manitoba Drive, and south on Canada Drive to Princes’ Gate Loop (the cul-de-sac northwest of Princes’ Gate).

Northbound 29D TO WILSON STN
These buses operate from Princes’ Gate Loop via north on Canada Drive, west on Manitoba Drive, west on Saskatchewan Road, north on Dufferin Street, west on Springhurst Avenue, south on Fort Rouille Street, east through Dufferin Gate Loop, north on Dufferin Street, and east on Wilson Avenue to Wilson Station.

All buses on the route serve local bus stops along the route."
