L'église brûle en 1530. Presque totalement reconstruite en 1545, elle s'agrandit avec l'accroissement de la population.
La flèche du clocher s'effondre pendant la révolution, elle n'est remise en place qu'en 1853 grâce au Duc de Trévise.
Au fond du choeur un groupe en marbre représente le baptême du Christ par Saint Jean-Baptiste; il s'agit d'une œuvre réalisée au XVIIe siècle par le sculpteur J.B. Duby.
Dans la chapelle latérale droite un autel du XVIIIème siècle dédié à Saint Mammès entouré de statuettes en bois doré.
L'orgue, fortement dégradé lors des combats de 1870, a été remplacé grâce à l'intervention du facteur d'orgue Cavaille-Coll.
Les vitraux les plus anciens, du XVIe siècle, sont placés dans les chapelles latérales, de part et d'autre des autels.
Les vitraux de la nef datent du XIXème siècle grâce à la générosité des paroissiens. Ils sont l'oeuvre de Emile Hirsch, maître verrier.

The arrow of the bell tower collapses during the revolution, it is ready put back in place in position only in 1853 thanks to Duke de Trévise.
At the bottom of the choir a marble group represents the baptism of the Christ by Saint Jean-Baptiste; it is about a work realized in the XVIIth century by the sculptor J.B. Duby.
In the right side chapel an altar of the XVIIIth century dedicated to Saint Mammès surrounded with golden wooden statuettes.
The organ, strongly degraded during the fights of 1870, was replaced thanks to the intervention of the organ builder Cavaille-Coll.
The the oldest stained glasses, of the XVIth century, are placed in the side chapels, on both sides the altars.
The stained glasses of the nave date the XIXth century thanks to the generosity of the parishioners. They are Emile Hirsch's work, a master glazier.
