La Plaza de Toros Las Arenas is a former bullring in Barcelona. It was built in the Plaza of Spain, with traditional Mudejar style by architect August Font i Carreras. With capacity for 16,000 people, consisting of lines, steps sun decks and on an upper floor, 52 boxes and seats broadside. The ring was 52 feet in diameter. Its breadth, beauty and proportions made it one of the best arenas in Spain. Today has been restored and converted into a shopping center.
