The tallest building in the area, it has four floors of books, the top two floors are offices of the deans, and the first two floors are social areas and classrooms. As like all buildings on the campus, they share a first floor: all the buildings are interconnected by a system of user friendly 'tunnels', including two buildings adjacent to the library, that only consist of that single, buried, floor.
