This civil defense medallion is at the exact center of town on 1st Avenue facing the Lincoln Highway attached to the First Niagara Bank side brick wall.

This old building is built with brick and a concrete foundation and apparently has a rock solid basement that holds people as well. The medallion no longer has the capacity number written on it. The sign is in terrific shape and is about 8 feet off of the ground, attached to the brick wall along 1st Avenue, a few inches away from the corner of the building, facing the Lincoln Highway as cars drive by traveling east.
