The building at 110 E. Main is deteriorated and vacant. It is one of the contributing buildings to the Anadarko Downtown Historic District.
This is a one-story brick tile building covered with stucco, which has been painted a light cream color. There is a centered entrance with flanking display windows, much of which is boarded up.
On the upper wall, a painted ghost reads:
