This is a deteriorated building in a rather unused part of town. It is vacant and not in use.

This is a one-story building constructed of brick tile and covered with stucco. It was constructed in 1925 and is in what is known as Vernacular Commercial, with no particular architectural style. The roof is flat, with brick coping.
A center entrance with a boarded transom is flanked by display windows. The window on the west is boarded up. The window on the east is exposed, with storage items visible.
Above the storefront is a weathered ghost sign reading "KANE PRODUCE - ? & CREAM POULTRY & HOGS".
This building is Item 15 on the District nomination.
