The memorial is located just east of the rostrum located in the center of the cemetery. Other memorials and plaque are located on the rostrum. The memorial is a granite monument with a taller center section with a large bronze medallion for the Pearl Harbor Survivors Association. On the shorter wing panels are smaller bronze medallions for each branch of service. The center section is inscribed:
