This International House of Pancakes is a very busy place. Proximity to ample parking and main roads makes it a very convienient place to eat.

There is lots of parking and consiquently lots of patrons to this very busy IHOP. On Saturdays or Sundays get there before 9 AM or you will be waiting for a table.

The staff are extremely pleasant and your coffee cup won't ever get empty. To food service was fast and everything was yummy.

For the most part this is a (Pricewise) Family Friendly establishment. The cost of a cup of coffee '$2.00' actually gets you a never-ending cup.
