Hatch boasts being the "Chili Capital of the World". I'm not positive what the connection between chilis and this Rooster would be, except for the obvious. (Must I say it? They are both delicious...roasted.)

At any rate, if you find yourself driving through Hatch, New Mexico, keep a watch for this big rooster!
