El Sazon is good food - for take out. It is popular with nearby Carson-Newman College students (as seen on my children's debit cards). Our visit was on a Thursday night. While not gourmet class, the food was good and portions large (two split the chicken fajitas - and another took half his nachos home). But... the restuarant was dark, dirty, and needs some service. Time for a make-over.
