This former meeting house is a two-story brick building which was constructed in two phases. The first floor was built in 1904, and the second level, where the IOOF met, was added in 1921.

Three basket weave brick panels adorn the upper wall, the center one containing the letters I.O.O.F. Five sets of paired windows on the second level have been boarded up, with one set exposed.

There are two vacant occupancies on the first floor, with a metal door on the west end of the building, leading to the second floor. Wording around the door reads "REBEKAHS - Monday" and "I.O.O.F. - Tuesday." These groups do not appear to still meet at this location. Anadarko is not listed as a meeting location in Oklahoma. The Independent Order of Odd Fellows in the United States was formed in 1819 in Baltimore, Maryland. (visit link) The three-link chain which is their symbol stands for Friendship, Love and Truth. An old neon sign mounted on the upper wall reads "IOOF" and has the logo of three intersecting links.
