George Dullnig was a grocer and dry goods merchant in the late 1800s in San Antonio, TX. He constructed a multi-floor red brick building at the corner of Losoya and Commerce Streets. James Murphy was the architect. This dated building has its address as 262 Losoya Street, San Antonio, TX 78205. The current retail shops using the Dullnig building include McDonald's on the ground floor, sharing space with other small retail shops, and the Riverwalk Vista Hotel on the upper floors.
The 1879 date is embedded into the door frame of the main entrance door into the first floor shops.
