The title of this 1928 bronze work is "Venus". Venus is a Roman Goddess of love, beauty and fertility. She is the equivalent of the Greek Goddess Aphrodite. This work depicts her standing naked with both arms raised up to the level of her breasts. Her right hand seems to be making a feint-hearted stopping gesture while her left hand seems less sure what is being contemplated.
