Erie Maritime Museum Windmill - Erie, PA - Windmills on Waymarking.com

This one is easily overlooked by most visitors to the area. You can get to the windmill by walking around either side of the building but I suggest the right side so you can say hi to the statue of Brigadier General Strong Vincent (a waymark by the way WMCTTG). You really can't miss the windmill as it is right behind the museum. Make sure to take a good look around after taking your pictures of the windmill because if you are lucky you will get to see the Brig Niagara if she is home (visit link)

Parking is availible on the west side of the building (you can't miss it) and it is free!

You can smell the lake water and perhaps even feel it in the air as you are walking around locating the waymark or checking out the ship or any of the other numerous waymarks in the area.
