A trig pillar in very good condition overlooking the marshes of east Essex.

This trig pillar is just off a green lane on the western edge of the Fingringhoe Nature Reserve and overlooks the marshes to the west of the River Colne. It is called Jaggers Trig Point, named after the farmhouse a short distance to the west.

Last verified and levelled in 1962 it is 19.6739m above Newlyn Datum and carries the flush bracket number S1900.
