Hatch, New Mexico is called the "Chili Pepper" Capital of the world, so it is no surprise that most everything in this town...even the bike tenders....have a chili pepper theme. I'm not sure what the connection is with the robot fellow on the ends, maybe he helps guard the bikes, too.
