Figure of a standing man constructed of pipes, fittings and other pipeline parts. The sculpture was created by the 515th Engineer Company in appreciation of the community's support during Operation Desert Storm. The sculpture is accompanied by a plaque inscribed:

'Stormin' Norman Pipeline'

The symbol of the 515th Engineer Company PL, CS
Presented To The Citizens Of Lebanon And Laclede
County On May 4, 1991, For Outstanding Support Of
Troops  And Families During Operation Desert Storm.
