Bronze bust of Phil M. Donnelly on a red granite base. Phil M. Donnelly served as the 41st and 43rd Governor of Missouri (1945 to 1949 and from 1953 to 1957). He was born in Lebanon, Missouri. He worked as a lawyer in Lebanon before and after he served as governor.
