In addition to the memorial to the Fallen Firefighters, this memorial to 9/11 includes a replica of the Statue of Liberty on a base that includes a plaque, plus two smaller memorials that rest on the ground and pay tribute to The American Gold Star Mothers, and the American Blue Star Mothers.
This memorial is part of the Veterans Memorial Park complex in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico, where visitors will find the Hamilton Military Museum, a permanently placed replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall (the original is in Washington, D.C.), a history walk that represents all 16 conflicts the US has been involved in, and static artillery.
