Eine der schönsten Schluchtenlandschaften in Österreich finden Sie in der nach Kaiser Franz Josef 1. benannten Kaiserklamm im Gemeindegebiet von Brandenberg, ca. 10 km vom Ort entfernt. Die Klamm beginnt nördlich des Gasthauses Kaiserhaus und einst wurde hier das Holz ins Tal getriftet. Die damals für die Trift grossteils aus dem Fels geklopften, gesicherten Steige sind auch heute noch begehbar. Die Kaiserklamm kann entweder zu Fuss durchwandert werden, aber auch Kajak- und Raftingtouren, sowie Wildwasserschwimmen ist möglich.
Kaiserklamm Malerische Gumpen, die sich zum Schwimmen eignen wechseln sich ab mit tosenden Wasserfällen und engen Felsdurchlässen. Sicherungsgurte für Kinder werden kostenlos im Kaiserhaus angeboten. Die Klamm ist in den Sommermonaten durchgehend geöffnet - nur an extremen Regentagen bleibt sie aus Sicherheitsgründen geschlossen. Zur Rast nach der beindruckenden Besichtigung bietet sich das gemütliche Gasthaus Kaiserhaus am Beginn der Klamm. Hier nächtigten einst schon Kaiser Franz und seine Sissi und das Zimmer ist bis heute im Originalzustand belassen worden. Hier gibt es auch Komfortzimmer oder Schlaflager für die Gäste und der Erlebnisspielplatz für die Kinder mit Kleintierzoo ist weithin bekannt und beliebt. Das Kaiserhaus ist auch für grössere Feiern ausgerichtet und verwöhnt seine Gäste auch kulinarisch.

One of the most beautiful canyon landscapes in Austria can be found in the first after Emperor Franz Joseph Kaiserklamm named in the municipality of fire mountain, about 10 km away from the resort.
