This Methodist Church was created to hold both the Episcopal and Wesleyan Church in the early 1800s. It was turned into a United church after the Methodist and Presbyterian church amalgamated in 1925. It became a United Charge with Blackheath United in 1959.
The church also has a cemetery which is just outside of Binbrook. It holds around 500 graves. (
