Long Description:Oklahoma Rising was written by Vince Gill and Jimmy Webb for Oklahoma's Centennial. Vince Gill's performance of this song, along with a video of photographs by Mike Klemme, was a highlight of the centennial activities on November 16, 2007. Many cities in the state orchestrated events and activities to celebrate the 100 years of Oklahoma statehood.
