Von Arzl aus geht es in Richtung Wald bis zur neuen Siedlung "Pitzenebene", wo man das gigantische Bauwerk der neuen Hängebrücke mit einer Spannweite von 137,7 m bewundern kann. 94 m über dem Grund kann man auf der ca 1,5 m breiten Brücke zum Weiler Wald wandern. Für gute Wanderer bietet sich die Möglichkeit über Niederwaldried - Luis Trenker Steig zurück nach Arzl zu wandern.
