The William Eberling Grocery at 127 East 4th Street was built circa 1893. The building is a large 2 1/2 story brick commercial building with a metal roof. The building features cast iron columns decorated with flutes and floret panels which divide the first floor. There is a porch/balcony extending across the full facade. The building appears to be in good condition and it is occupied by a law office and a copier and office supply store.
