The Koeller-Rothemeyer Building at 132-134 East 4th Street was built in two stages, the eastern portion constructed in 1883 with the western portion added just two years later. The building is a two-story brick building with a steeply pitch hipped roof with a flat portion at the top with wood balustrade. The store front windows are not original but retain the traditional appearance. The building appears to be in good condition and is currently occupied by a furniture store and upholstery shop.
