This station, a U.S. Geological Survey standard bench mark disk, is located in Royalton, VT. It is located on the southwest corner of a railroad overpass crossing over VT Route 14. The NGS datasheet description gives the details:

GENERAL LOCATION, ROYALTON, VT, IN NORTH ROYALTON.

TO REACH FROM THE INTERSECTION OF VT ROUTE 14 AND VT ROUTE 107 IN
NORTH ROYALTON GO SOUTH ALONG VT ROUTE 14 FOR 0.7 MI (1.1 KM) TO THE
NEW ENGLAND CENTRAL RAILROAD OVERPASS OVER VT ROUTE 14 AND THE SITE OF
THE MARK, SET IN THE TOP OF THE ABUTMENT AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF
THE OVERPASS.

IT IS 1.5 M (4.9 FT) WEST OF AND ABOUT 1.0 M (3.3 FT) LOWER THAN THE
WEST RAIL, 10.1 M (33.1 FT) NORTHWEST OF MILE POST 35, 0.3 M (1.0 FT)
SOUTH OF THE NORTH FACE OF THE ABUTMENT, AND 0.3 M (1.0 FT) SOUTHEAST
OF AN ANGLE POINT IN THE NORTH FACE OF THE ABUTMENT.

WARNING: The rail here is active, and as with many such bridges, there is a fall hazard. Use your discretion: stay off the tracks, and think safety.
