This old warehouse has been restored as apartments used mainly by the younger crowd (visit link) . The coordinates are for the ghost that reads 'Paper'. The Wholesale Furniture is on the other side of the building.

The building was erected in 1916. It originally was the Pinhorn Fire Proof Storage building (see photo).
