Baroque chapel is a simple rectangular building with a tower above the eastern part and entrance portal of the west facade. The chapel was built in 1722 and together with the Baroque statue of St. John of Nepomuk, which stands west of the entry, fixed in the early 21st century.

Kaple sv. Jana Nepomuckého stávala puvodne na návsi samostatné obce Radlice. Ta byla poprvé pripomínána již roku 1283, kdy ji mladý král Václav II venoval své chuve. V pozdejší dobe ji vlastnily dominikánky od sv. Anny na Starém Meste. Dnešní kaple je jednoduchá barokní obdélná stavba se sanktusovou vežickou nad východní cástí a jednoduchým vstupním portálem v západním prucelí. Kaple byla postavena v roce 1722 a spolu s barokní sochou sv. Jana Nepomuckého, která stojí západne od vstupu, opravena na pocátku 21. století.
