The Fritz Koeller Bowling Alley/Residence at 304 Schiller Street was built circa 1885. The building is a wide 1-story brick building with a hipped roof. Early maps indicate a bowling alley was located in the basement. The house is in good condition and is currently used as a bed & breakfast.
