The Brukhardt-Koeller Commercial Building at 300 Schiller Street was constructed in two phases circa 1845 and circa 1880. The building is a large 2 ½ story brick corner commercial building. It has a hipped metal roof with dormers centered on both the 3rd street and Schiller Street elevations. The building is in good condition and is currently used by the Gasconade County Health Department.
