I decided to waymark this mural even though it is rather small. It is located on the front, exterior wall of the Wooden Nickle Package and Bar, at 900 West Broadway in Bloomfield, New Mexico 87413.
The mural depicts a Texaco gasoline sign in front of what appears to the the building that the Wooden Nickle is now located in. In the mural, there are old gasoline pumps and a pump employee, who is walking back toward the entrance to the building. The bumper and part of a fender of an old red car are just visible on the right of the mural. The scene provides a glimpse back into history, with hints of a business that demonstrated its pride by keeping the gas station clean, the lawn mowed below the sign, and a well groomed employee.
A carport is present on the front of the building now, that was not in the mural.
