This arena plays host to the AHL's Hamilton Bulldogs franchise, an affiliate team for the Montreal Canadiens. Because of this relationship the team has had the likes of P.K. Subban, Carey Price and Andrei Kostitsyn. The Bulldogs have played in the AHL playoffs several times and won the Calder Cup in 2007.
The Copps has played host to many musicians including The Tragically Hip, U2 and John Fogerty. The WWE's first Royal Rumble event was held here.
The arena features many food stands and ticket prices are usually inexpensive.
