This a working Wind Mill with a museum in the lower part.
Hours of museum are:

June thrugh August:
Mon.~Sat. 10:00 AM. to 5:00 PM
Sun. 1:00 PM to 5:PM.

September:
Mon~Fri. 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Sat. 10:00 PM. to 5:00 PM.
Sun. 1:00 PM. to 5:00 PM.

May and October:
Sat. 10:00 AM. to 5:00 PM.
Sun. 1:00 PM. to 5:00 PM.

It was dedicated May 6, 2000.
