Built by internationally known sculptor, Howard Solomon, the Boat in the Moat Restaurant sits right next to his residence, Solomon's Castle. The unique thing about both structures is that Mr. Solomon built both of them with his own hands!
The Boat in The Moat is a replica of a 16th century Spanish galleon which actually sits in a moat next to a castle! So the name truly fits here!
