From Vince's website:
"The original Vince’s Restaurant opened at the Muncie Airport on October 2nd, 1981, as a small, 60-seat restaurant. Our restaurant soon grew in size and reputation, and we welcomed many friends and customers who were drawn to our commitment to genuine hospitality, great food, and excellent service (and generous drinks!). As you look around the restaurant you will notice a variety of aviation-related pieces decorating the walls and lobby area. They are here to offer a visual connection with the original Vince’s restaurant, and to connect us with our commitment to offering you an experience that is comfortable, casual, and classic. Our approach to service is to provide you with a comfortable and welcoming experience; our dining room is here to welcome you with a casual elegance—come as you are, lunch or dinner. Our classic approach assures high quality food for a great value, including our salad bar, featuring unique items that are not your standard salad fare. We are delighted to have the opportunity to bring the Vince’s experience to Fort Wayne, and to welcome you to our restaurant."

Now why Vince's in Muncie closed down, no one is saying. But their lose is Fort Wayne's gain as it is a great place to eat and have a drink or two.
