This building is grade II listed and was built in 1889-90 for the first Duke of Westminster as an Almshouse or House of Shelter. It is now occupied by Denton Clark & Co., Chartered Surveyors. It is of stone-dressed red brick with blue brick diapering and has a red tile roof. It is of two storeys, three bays wide and almost symmetrical.
The plinthed chimney has 3 separated barleysugar flues of moulded brick, there is one on each end gable.
