The machine is to your left as you enter the store. It faces the service counter and is behind the wall you are facing as you enter the shop.

Note that Smokey Bear has no middle name and has never had one. His complete name is only two words. He was an actual orphaned bear cub with paws that had been burned in a New Mexico forest fire.
