Although the original old town hall in the middle of square by big fire in 1793 does not suffer, occurred in 1806 to build a new Empire Town Hall building, which followed the classical character of the new emerging spa town. There was also demolished old town hall. The new town hall but its builders situate northward into the upper part of the square, where it built a relatively fast pace on a slightly elevated side. In the weathervane is the year 1806, year of completion the new Town Hall.
Prestože puvodní stará radnice uprostred námestí velkým požárem v roce 1793 nijak neutrpela, došlo v roce 1806 k výstavbe nové empírové radnicní budovy, která navazovala na nový klasicistní ráz nove vznikajícího lázenského mesta. Zároven byla stará radnice zborena. Novou radnici ovšem její stavitelé situovali severneji do horní cásti námestí, kde ji vybudovali pomerne rychlým tempem na ponekud vyvýšené strane. Na korouhvicce je letopocet 1806, rok dostavení nové radnice.
