The Main Street Bridge is spans the Blackstone River at Pawtucket Falls. The bridge was constructed in 1858 and was rehabilitated in 1968. The bridge is a two span stone arch highway bridge. The total length of the bridge is 124 feet with its longest span being 40 feet and a width of 63 feet. The bridge continues to serve as one of the primary crossings of the Blackstone River in downtown Pawtucket.
The bridge was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
