In the northeast portion of Memorial Park Cemetery stands a red granite headstone for Richard Lee Ports. Above his name an engraving shows a jockey and racehorse, sporting the number Four.

Richard Ports was born January 21, 1932 and passed away June 26, 2009. There is no record of his being a professional jockey, so apparently horse racing was his hobby and avid interest.
