Ziegler's Grove, once the site of fierce fighting and location of Pickett's charge, is now the center of controversy and legal battle, specifically, what to do about the old Cyclorama building (former visitor center).

The former visitor center, the Cyclorama, is now vacant and according to some is an eyesore and impeding the progress of the restoration of this former battlefield. When I visited, the place was full of monuments, trees dirt paths and this old, empty building. It is listed on the NRHP contributing structures list so it might be difficult to have the building razed.
From the article: In his first public meeting as superintendent of Gettysburg National Military Park, Bob Kirby announced Thursday night that the Ziegler’s Grove restoration project is scheduled to commence this month. He also noted that attorneys for the National Park Service and the Dept. of Justice are “reviewing options” in the legal battle over the old Cyclorama Center.
