It was with an air of optimism that I approached this museum. The sign on the main road offered the promise of cultural delights, however, as I approached the building I saw signs that the museum was not all it was proffered to be. It was abandoned and housed several families of what I could only assume to be squatters, however, I could see part way into the building and could see a few kites hanging from the ceiling. This suggests to me that the building began with good intentions, but proved commercially unsuccessful, was abandoned, and then squatters moved in. Hopefully, in the future, the situation can be turned around.
