The Soldiers' Monument is located on the town green at the intersection of Springfield and Main Streets in Wilbraham. It honors Civil War veterans from Wilbraham.

The Soldiers' Monument is a 6' high granite sculpture of a Civil War soldier set on top of a 22' high granite base. The soldier is standing upright with his rifle turned sideways and held vertically with the barrel centered in front of him and with the butt resting on the ground by his right foot. He is grasping the barrel with both hands, his left hand above his right.
The base consists of two parts. The light colored pedestal sits on a set of three gray granite squares laid on top of each other to form steps. The square ornate pedestal flairs out at the bottom. The upper part is circular tapered cylinder. Each side of the base contains the name of a battle and a bronze plaque.
Counterclockwise from the front, the inscriptions are:

IN THE WAR WHICH PRESERVED
THE UNION AND DESTROYED
SLAVERY. THIS MONUMENT
