I was told it used to be part of a playground. Then Telepizza, a Portuguese takeaway pizza chain, bought it. Although the company is specialized in takeaway it's also possible to have a meal in there. So, they prepared the car as a dinning room and build an attached structure where they actually prepare the pizzas and receive the money.
I've been a few times in the area and once I actually bought my dinner there. Unfortunately I hadn't the time to sit and enjoy the atmosphere but I took a good look at it. Interesting! And the pizza was awesome as always.
