Two plaques set in brick in front of the Fire Department forming the base of a flag pole. Set next to the flag pole is a small bell meant to be rung at 0846, 0903, 0937 & 1003 hrs- the times of the plane crashes into the North WTC Tower, South WTC Tower, Pentagon, and the field in Sommerset County, PA.
