This is a traditional Pine Tree from the Mediterranean (Pinus Pinea). It´s a mature tree as seen by the size of it´s trunk. The tree has more or less 12mts of height (40fts) and a large crown (around 40mts/130fts).
This is a very popular tree in Mediterranean areas but trees as large as this one are not that easy to find.
NOTE: This tree is in private land but the terrain is abandoned for the moment (probably waiting for a future real estate development) and local neighbours use to park their cars in the shadow of the pine tree. Geel free to walk in and take any pictures you want. If you don´t feel comfortable you can still admire the tree from the parking coordinates because they are very close to the tree.
