Also known as a half wit or Alfred E. Neumann muffler man, this guy has been here for many years attracting folks to the otherwise easy to miss miniature golf course which is over the boardwalk in Seaside Heights. His other function now is to hold some cables...but, it would appear that he once held an axe or some other tool on a long stick.
