The chapel stands close to a small pond. It is closed, at the door there is a waterproofed leaflet informing about its history:

The chapel was built in 1790 in place of a wooden bellhouse. A year ago on June 13th a calamity rain destroyed all crops, and since then a worship was held every year on June 13th and on the next Sunday, which was declared a Field Day.
